Kaitlyn Mokrzynski - Marketing Advisor
Kaitlyn is a true, lifelong Niagara local - having resided in St. Catharines, Ontario for her whole life, she is very knowledgeable on all the region has to offer! Kaitlyn grew up with a family who are quite involved in the Real Estate Investment field. She had the opportunity to learn a lot about buying, selling, rentals and flipping properties from a very young age. Although this was an area she always felt passionate about as she grew up, she chose to pursue a career in the legal sector. Kaitlyn graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from Western University.
After a number of years of working within the Public Service Kaitlyn decided that she wanted to begin to pursue real estate sales and investments. She chose to go into Real Estate because she felt it was a career that she could truly express herself and also have the opportunity to teach people how important Real Estate investing is, especially while they are young! Kaitlyn thinks it is important to learn about what options there are and how easy it actually is to buy - even in this hot market!
When not working, Kaitlyn spends the majority of her spare time with family or working out. Kaitlyn has a true passion for personal growth and self-development, and she loves to share that with others whenever possible. She also loves to read and continuously learn new things. However, when she has some free-time, Kaitlyn spends it watching horror movies, sitting by a bonfire or relaxing on a beach.

Kessandra Cook - Realtor®
Kessandra is a licensed Realtor and a member of the McLeod and Associates team, serving clients in Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas. Her excitement towards Real Estate is transmissible and she strives to make the process as effortless as possible.
Kessandra received a degree with a concentration in Psychology from the University of Guelph in 2020. She now aims to use her interpersonal skills in the workplace by forming strong relationships with clients through active listening and communication.
Kessandra grew up as a competitive dancer and now spends her evenings at a dance studio in Guelph, where she teaches various styles such as Lyrical, Jazz and Ballet. Her love for teaching shines through when working with clients, as she believes sharing knowledge with others is a great way to break communication barriers.
Aside from these, Kessandra spends her free time outside as much as possible. Whether that means discovering new walking trails with her dog, going snowmobiling with her partner, or sunbathing by the water.
Tamiah Lubin - Realtor®
Tamiah was born and raised in Hamilton, with a St.Lucian background. She enjoys travelling, modelling and spending time with her friends and family. She was originally a nursing student and worked at a long-term care home as a PCP for 3 years before she realized that was not the route she wanted to take with her life. She became a server shortly after quitting her healthcare provider position. Helping others has always been Tamiah’s passion, but it took some searching and personal growth to figure out how she could achieve that in a way that is fulfilling to her.
Tamiah became a Realtor because she wants to educate and uplift her community. She enjoys talking with people, laughing and making them smile. Tamiah became a Realtor because it demands the highest level of integrity and professionalism to succeed in this business. It gives her an outlet to be able to help people see their dreams of homeownership come true.
Taylor Morgado - Realtor®
Real Estate became a part of Taylor’s life at a young age, flipping houses in the United States. Taylor remains an active investor with an impressive Real Estate Portfolio filled with multi’s and comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Investing. With an extensive background in sales through her previous work experience, it only made sense for Taylor to combine her two passions and become a Realtor. Taylor’s previous sales experience and passion for helping people positions her well to negotiate the best deals for her clients on a day-to-day basis.
Before Taylor embarked in her sales career, she was a Figure Skating instructor and prior to that, figure skated competitively for many years. Figure Skating taught her the importance of discipline, hard work and perseverance at a young age, which has attributed to how Taylor approaches each client and deal. Now she spends her free time working out and immersing herself in the beauty of nature through long hikes.

Anyone that has met her knows that Shae is a dynamic, passionate & customer-focused professional with a strong sense of initiative, integrity & excellent work ethic. She is extremely knowledgeable on the industry & serves clients in Halton, Hamilton, Kitchener Waterloo, Muskoka, Niagara, Toronto & as far as Calgary. Shae is also an active investor in Ontario & Alberta and enjoys helping her clients achieve generational wealth through Real Estate & Investing.
In her spare time, she can be found spending time with her friends & family, out horseback riding or hitting the track on her dirt bike. Never one to shy away from an adventure, Shae's passion, energy & zest for life are some of her best attributes.
