Shae McLeod is an investor-focused Realtor®whose work is rooted in both expertise and lived experience. Originally licensed in 2019 and now dual-licensed in Ontario and Alberta, Shae has been helping clients buy, sell, and strategically build portfolios across the province in Alberta since 2020 — long before formally joining the Alberta market as a licensed agent.

Her connection to Alberta began long before the license. After years of traveling through the Canadian Rockies, from Canmore to Kananaskis, Jasper to Banff  Shae developed a deep appreciation for the landscape, the pace, and the investment possibility that Alberta uniquely provides. Those experiences evolved from admiration, to opportunity, to establishing the majority of her own investment portfolio in Alberta. It is this first-hand perspective that shapes how she advises: not from theory, but from experience.
